Hi XCloner
After reading a couples of
manuals on backup programs to Joomla! 1.6 I have chosen to install
XCloner version 3.0.6 on my system.
I have successfully
completed the configuration and made my first backup with according
to XCloner: 85 tables of 7.1 Mbytes and 6,742 files of 32 Mbytes or a
total of 36.1 Mbytes. This file is located on my webhotel, and I've
downloaded it with FTP to my own computer.
But when I go into the
menu View Backups, I get only the following message:

1.5 KB
Wed 25th May 2011 07:40:02 (GMT +0000)
and when I click on the
download button, I only get downloaded the small file of 1.5 Kbytes,
which apparently is empty.
Acc. to manual page 18 the
big backup with 36.1 Mbytes should appear.
I have not yet tried to
restore the backup, because I will take one step at a time.
Is there an
explanation for the large file is not displayed and
downloaded?

HI there! Could you post a screenshot of the success message when backup is finished as well as screenshots with your XCloner Config and View Backups screen.

Your Backup Store Path should be a full server path, the same as the Temporary folder, that should fix the issue.
The backups are on the server, just inside the administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/administrator/backups directory, might want to delete that.
