Hi guys,

I'm very new to this so please forgive me if this is such an obvious question, but i've been looking all morning at ways to backup my site & feel i've finally found one suitable in the form of XCloner.

But i've installed XCloner and it was clean & without issues, however, i'm struggling to grasp the configuration.

So i have my backup start path, which is obviously my site. So it's this, Backup Start Path Check:
OK (/var/www/vhosts/WorldFifaLeagues.com/httpdocs/)

However, i'm struggling to understand the backup store path check and where this should be. From what i've read, i need to create this directory, so i went to my host files -> admin & created a directory called "backups".But when i put this as my store path, (http://worldfifaleag.....or/backups), i'm told it's an invalid directory.

But then i'm even more confused as the documentation says the following,

Important: under your Backup Start Path you always need to create this directory administrator/backups and make it fully writeable, it is a temporary folder XCloner uses in it's internal process

When i look at the start path, XCloner tells me it's okay, and that's without a backup file, if the above was for the store path, i may understand it more Confused

Hopefully i've explained that okay, it's just i feel i'm missing the basics which i can only put down to my relative inexperience. Sorry if it's a lame question guys Embarassed

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Jake, this is NOT a server path http://worldfifaleag.....or/backups , it would be best to reinstall XCloner and keep all paths as default, you only need to create the administrator/backups/ directory under your Backup Start Path and you should be all set!
