Hello,
I use joomla version 2.5.19 and XCloner version 3.5.2. The instalation was OK but after I try to access Xcloner from the components I receive white screen.
Can help me somebody ?

I have the same problems, Only a blank screen when clicked on the xCloner Component:
I find the installation and configuration instructions here:
-> but after installation, "xCloner component" does NOT show normal screen as stated in the configuration document:
NOR does it look like the normal screen as shown in this youtube video:
Can some Guru give an hand?

Which Joomla version are you running? For Joomla 3.x , this is the version that needs to be installed http://www.xcloner.c.....oad/?did=8

I also have the same "white screen" problem after a successful update from a working version 3.5 to 3.5.2 in a Joomla 2.5.28.
Any help?

Latest version of XCloner is only compatible with Joomla 3.x, you still need to use the older version http://www.xcloner.c.....ad/?did=11 for your system.

Hi there
I know, this post is 2 years old, but I've got a similar problem.
Joomla-Version: 3.6.5
XCloner-Version: 3.5.2 (Downloaded from your Website today)
Installed the XCloner already 2 times, no other result than having a "HTTP ERROR 500" page shown after clicking on "Components - XCloner"
Checked Folder " /administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore " and it looks like that everything is there where it should be.
In Folder " /components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore " there is absolutely nothing, but I think this is fine?
Hope that someone can help me with this?
