I have tried to make a backup, but 33% later it stops with the error "There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!"
What is the errror and what can do to prevent it?
Below is the full pageof the error:

Try decreasing the "Files to process per request" option to 25 or lower in your XCloner Config->System tab, also try and exclude any large files you might have on the site and see if it helps!
You can also try to click the Retry link at the bottom of that error.

Hi,
I did also came across exactly the same problem as Villyzone, even though my backup proceeds until 54%... 😉 and I did the both advises you gave, without no help... and Retry doenst help either
Any idea what to try next... ?
