Hi,

 

I installed XCloner on my website, worked ok. Created a backup worked ok. Initiated a restore to another server via FTP.

I did not check the incremental option. On the other server only a file XCloner.php with 0 size was created and then nothing happend.

I got a time out.

 

After this when I want to start the XCloner component configuration in the Joomla backend I just get an empty page and the backend does not respond anymore but the logout command.

 

XClone 3.4

Joomla 1.5.26

PHP 5.2.17

 

Any help?

Try and close/re-open your browser, go to the XClonr Config->System settings and set the Ftp transfer mode to Passive, then restart the restore process...
