XCloner.php returns Error 500

Hi I need to restore a website. The backup file and the XCloner.php were successfully placed on the new server. But when I launch XCloner.php from a browser I get the Server Error 500 message. I launched it by entering url http://www.exampleur.....Cloner.com.
Any help would be much apprecitated. Thank you.

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.exampleur.....Cloner.com. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

To fix that error:
1. apply 755 permissions on the restore folder and restore script
2. delete any .htaccess restored
3. check your site error_log for more details on the issue
4. check with your hosting support
