Hello Support,

 

I have been trying to install Xcloner on my Joomla site and all i am getting are the following errors:

1) Component Install: DB function reports no errors

2) Error installing component

i thank you in advance for your help.

The issue you have is probably related to your Joomla setup, i would advise to try and manually install XCloner as indicated here http://docs.joomla.o.....ion under "Manual Installation"

I tried and i am still getting the same errors. If i were to get Premium support, will someone take a look at my site's files and make the necessary changes?
