When trying to install in backend of Joomla I get the following error message:

* JFTP::login: Unable to login
* JFTP:: store: Unable to use passive mode
* Warning! Failed to move file.

See file below too. I have no idea what these lines are trying to tell me. What's going on? How can I get this installation to work?

Regards,
Dens

The error you have there seems to be related to the Joomla Global Configuration ftp install details you are providing, i would advise rechecking them or disabling that install option

Hi Ovidiu,

I can't install JCloner.

When I upload the com:jcloner.zip the program says me that it can not find the xml files.
But the xml is inside.

What I should do?

Thanks

Alvaro

- Safe_Mode turned Off
- Open_basedir set to No Value
- *depending on your site size, you will need to make sure you can increase the max_execution_time variable in your php.ini to more than 30 seconds
- *If you need to create backups without the use of server functions(as specified below), then you need to make sure you can increase the memory_limit variable so you don't run into any limitations
- *to use the mysqldump and/or zip/tar server utilities you need support for exec() function

Perhaps this utilities?

- Safe_Mode turned Off
- Open_basedir set to No Value

This is Ok.

Thanks,
Alvaro

I can not upload the folder so I made a zip with this folder.

Thanks for your answer,

I download now from here:

http://www.joomlaplu.....eroque.com

I write the web

http://www.faneroque.com because

with this adrress

http://bedandbreakfa.....mpresa.eu/

doesn't work.

Anyway I'm trying with my local server
http://localhost:888...../index.php

because I would like to try first the program with a non real web.

Thank you for the reply,

It seems we have a problem causing this error, we are looking into it. Maybe more questions later.

Good luck,
Dens

Of Course. That was the first I have tried and this is the result:

There was a problem in generating your trial version, please verify your domain name format or try again later!

Not problem to download but I can not upload.

I make a zip file and I upload but joomla says me it look like this file is for another version of Joommla.

With eXplorer can I make a backup?

This is my System.

Yes now it works but it seems I must contact with the server administrator.

Site error: the file C:\www\joomla_bedandbreakfast\joomla\administrator\components\com_xcloner\admin.xcloner.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator.

Thanks a lot,

Alvaro
