Hello,

I tried to clone backed up database on other server bu putting ftp info,it gives error:
FTP connection has failed!Attempted to connect to companysb.com for user company8
.I m using same ftp info in cuteftp for file transfer.Please help me coz downloading backup and again uploading on other server will take lot of time.Please give me solution why it gives this error.

Try using the ftp server ip address as hostname and see if you have anymore issues! If you do, it might be a firewall issue, in which case uploading it manually to the new location might be the only solution
