Hey there,

Just cloned my site to a subdirectory the zipped backup moved over to the directory just fine and the Joomla.Cloner.php loaded up fine, however when attempting to "install files through ftp" I watch as the path it attempts to install too has http://www.random.co.....ackupfiles...

I tried removing the ending slashes from all the target locations in Joomla.Cloner.php fields but it still does it.

And then at the end it says it was successful, however no files show up when I check the directory...

this of course explains the next problem:

failure to install the database!

Any ideas?

Hi there! The double slashes don't affect the restore process, you might want to re-check your Install dir and ftp path you are inputing on the JoomlaCloner screen!

I would suggest if you still have problems with the ftp mode to use the "Install files directly" option!

Let me know if you have anymore problems! Ovidiu
