clone with free trial to a different server

Hello,
I have downloaded the trial version. However, when I try to restore on my new server, I get the following error:
The encoded file /home/DOMAINNAME/public_html/Joomla.Cloner.php is not permissioned for XX.XX.XX.92.
Which means I am therefore unable to test the cloning software to a different server. Can you help please?

Hi there1 If you registered the trial for http://www.domain.com , then you need to access your Joomla backend from that address and not just http://domain.com
If you still have problems, register a trial for the ip you have there XX.XX.XX.92.
