I can create a backup, but when I try to download the backup via the Joomla interface something goes wrong. I can click on the icon that looks like a floppy disk. Then the next thing that comes up is a screen that says:

You have chosen to open
index2.php which is a PHP Script
from http://www.auto-glide.com

What should Firefox do with this file?

Then I have two options, Open or Save. Neither option results in being able to download the backup file.

Hi there! Try to go in JoomlaCloner Configuration area -> System tab and set "Use Direct Downlod link" to Yes

If you still have problems, try and download the backup through ftp!
