Hello,

my provider limited the max_execution_time = 30 and memory_limit = 65MB. My scheduled backupjobs are not working. If I start the cloner.cron.php manually, I will get after "Generating Backup ..." an "Ready" in the footerline on the browser and all stops. Only backup the database ist working, but only backup files or backup both I will get the report like the lines above.
If I try to use the manual backup option and I have only files smaller then 10MB, it will works.

I tryed XClone as Standalone and als J!-Modul. Effect is the same.

some helpfull ideas?

Have you tried running the cronjob as a ssh command, like

"php /path_to.../administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.cron.php"

If you like, feel free to open a support ticket and send us your Joomla admin details to check the rest of the backup process to see if we can help

Ovidiu
