Problem with "open_basedir restriction in effect"|Old Forum|Forum Archive|XCloner

Hey,

I tryed install trial-Cloner and after installing i got error:

i installed ioncube too but now having problem with 'open-basedir'. I dont know anything about coding, how i can fix it? Really needing easy-to-understand instructions. Thank you.
