I am consistently getting corrupt backups using JoomlaCloner from all of my sites, now.
Can't get a good one.
I've tried everything I can think of, and haven't fixed the problem yet.
Used different browsers, websites are different versions of joomla with different configurations, tried upgrading the cloner version, worked on the database to make sure it was functional and not in need of repair, checked the major default components to make sure they're there and working, tried just backing up the files, tried browsing the files to see if I can find anything strange, have tried getting just one site to back up properly, it's happening across two different hosts, tried ftp - both in and out, tried two different ftp programs, three different compression programs...
:S
So, I've ruled a lot of things out but haven't pinpointed the problem.
any other suggestions?
TIA,

Hi there! Please open a support ticket and send us your Joomla site url and admin details to check the issue!
Are you using a ftp program to download the backups to your computer? If so, did you set these options in your JoomlaCloner Config:
1. "Manual backup" set to Yes
2. "Backup type" set to TAR
3. both "Active" checkboxes unchecked
