I have setup cloner on my two servers. It runs fine under freebsd but on my Windows Server 2003 I have a few more problems.
(Running PHP 5.4.1 and MYSQL 4.1.7)

When I just installed I could work on the config and run a backup. Since I forgot to exclude some large video dirs, it kept running forever and I can't get control back.
When I login the admin panel and select component-cloner I get an empty screen.

I guess there are some processes running I should kill?
Any advice how to get back into a working cloner?

I would suggest you restart the server you have there, that should fix that problem!
