I buyed few days ago a licence of xcloenr and i'm super happy to use this in al my web sites, also different from joomla, setup is super easy and interfac super nice, and i love easy restore in different domains!
but I have also civicrm wit joomla and tgether they do more of 26.000 files and i see tht backu is going at step of 1000 files it to me take a lot of time, how i could preserve my ime for other things?

You can leave the to run as it's automatic, after the database backup you only need to check the continue link to start packing the files, the rest is automatically handled
If you like, you can also set "Manual backup" option to No and see how that goes
