backup problem: permission denied.

Hello,
I have tried to schedule a cron backup using the cron scheduler at Godaddy. I keep getting the following error:

/bin/sh: line 1: /var/chroot/home/content/s/w/i/swing42/html/components/com_cloner/cloner.php: Permission denied

I can't get the cron setup in the joomla cloner component to work either. I can, however make a backup from the main component control panel.

Any ideas on how I can get this process automated??

Thanks,
Mark

What is the full cron command you are using to generate the backup? The correct one in your case would be

[code:1]php /var/chroot/home/content/s/w/i/swing42/html/components/com_cloner/cloner.php
[/code:1]

The permission denied error is generated from the cron manager and not JoomlaCloner!
