Hello !
I've tried a full backup with database.

But I get the error :
Access denied for user ... when using LOCK TABLES

This error won't cause any issues, the database data restore should be ok, if you selected the "incremental sql import" then you need to check the "skip this query" link when getting the error!

Also you could also recreate the backup on your original host, but with the second 'Active' checkbox unchecked in the JoomlaCloner configuration, the one near the mysqldump line!
