I downloaded and installed the trial version of JoomlaCloner on my Joomla 1.0 website. Everything seemed to go well. However, when I try to access JoomlaCloner by Components|JoomlaCloner, I get the following error message:

The encoded file /homepages/6/d122126874/htdocs/FontlabBiz/administrator/components/com_cloner/admin.cloner.php is not permissioned for 82.165.237.223

What does this mean and what do I need to do to get past it?

All help greatly appreciated,

I would advise recreating the trial but this time use this ip address 82.165.237.223 instead of the domain name on our trial form page, then reinstall that new trial component
