After automaticly mooving cloned site to my new url, I am getting this error message when I click continue...

403 Forbidden
Access is forbidden to the requested page:
http://www.diversa.c.....cloner.php (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to http://www.diversa.ca's WebMaster.

Can you help me with that ?

You need to recheck your ftp upload paths, the restore script does not reside in that site webroot directory and so you get that error

I suggest you use a ftp client to follow the correct upload ftp path
