I get this message when I try to run a cron using the Dreamhost web panel:
"sh: /usr/bin/php: No such file or directory"

From reading other posts I am assuming that my backup start path in not correct.
Can you please explain exactly the start path should be?

Thanks

That error indicated that the path to the php executable is not correct, i would advise replacing the "/usb/bin/php" part from your cron command with only "php" and see if you have anymore issues

I changed the command to :
php /chroot/home/username/my_website.com/html/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.cron.phpand
now I get:
" sh: php: command not found".

I had no problems running cron from the Dreamhost Panel until they changed servers on me.
Now I cannot get the cron to execute.

Dreamhost informs me "The full path for PHP 4 is:

/usr/local/bin/php

For PHP 5, the full path is:

/usr/local/php5/bin/php"

I am using PHP 5, so I changed the command to:
/usr/local/php5/bin/php
/chroot/home/myusername/mywebsite.com/html/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.cron.php

and I receive this error:
sh: line 1: /chroot/home/myUserName/myWebsite.com/html/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.cron.php: No such file or directory

Any other ideas on what the problem is?

Should I be inserting my user name where it states /usr/local/php5/ ?

I think I have it straightened out using this command.

/usr/local/php5/bin/php
/home/myUserName/myWebsite.com/administrator/components/com_xcloner/cloner.cron.php

I did use this before and still received an error but this time I deleted the old cron configuration, created a new configuration and gave it a new name.

In the precise path I used I inserted my actual user name and web site name.
I didn't want to publish my actual user name on the forum.
Is this not correct? Is something wrong with the path I posted as the correct path? It works for me.
