Hi there! Please check our Restore FAQ here http://www.joomlaplu...../catid,26/ , you only need to copy over the backup and restore files for doing a restore, no need to install Joomla!

Good evening. I'm attempting to move a finished Joomla! site from my local machine (where I've been using MAMP) to a live site.

I have no problem moving the backup to the live site, but when prompted for info at the Joomla.Cloner.php page, I'm flummoxed by the following fields.

"Install directory:"

(I want to install on root directory, so what would I indicate here?)

and

"Mysql server:"

(I set up space for a new MySQL server using the host's web management tool, so I have the database login, password and name already selected, but I have no idea what kind of information I need to provide in the "Mysqul server" field.)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
