Error after site move

Hi guys, I have moved my site to the root dir but when I generate a backup I get a few errors and the backup is twice the size of what it used to be (was 108mb, now 216mb).
heres one of the errors:
Warning: opendir(/home/mysite/public_html//bf2liveview1) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: Permission denied in /home/mysite/public_html/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.functions.php on line 1623
can you please advise.

Hi there! The error is generated from the fact that the directory bf2liveview1/ is not readable, you need to apply 755 permissions on it!
Second, about the size issue, after restoring did you deleted your restore backup from the site root? Try that and see if you have anymore problems after!
