overwrite Joomla on same server?

Hi,

I upgraded to Joomla (1.0.11>1.0.15) but am having problems with v15, so would like to downgrade/restore from a JoomlaCloner backup I made before upgrading. Is this possible - to have JC overwrite the files on the same server? I don't wish to clone the site on a different server.

Thanks.

Hi there! It is possible, however you need make a restore by using the ftp mode from the Joomla.Cloner.php screen

Hope it helps! Ovidiu

Thanks Ovidiu,

In the 'FTP path' to the folder where Joomla is installed, should it be

/public_html/mysite

or

/public_html/mysite/ (with the trailing slash)?

Thanks.
