I tried to uninstall the component to start clean, but my FTP program will not delete the component because it "is being used by another program." I have logged out of everything, waited forever, and still no luck...
Any thoughts? I just purchased the product and am off to a rough start.

That is weird, try asking your hosting support to delete the files and see if you have anymore issues

Ok. We stopped Appache and was able to delete the file. So, now I am going to try it again. Thanks.

I tried re-installing the component and was able to get to the configuration screen. Once there, I put in the code from the member section of the website and then hit "Save." Since then, the component comes up with a black white screen and never completes the save process. Any thoughts? Just so you know, I haven't even attempted a backup process or clone as of yet because I can't get past the configuration step.
