Hi there

This component often times out when trying to open it or navigate.

I recently upgraded to the latest version, but before that it started producing strange files for the backups, of hugely inconsistent sizes.

Now I have upgraded, it either fails to produce a backup or it produces small ones. I have the options checked to include the database and files, nothing excluded.

Here is what the list looks like. I would expect the backup to be around 100MB.
