Hi,
I am getting this message in tryinto backup:
Could not create archive! Unable to open file '/usr/local/www/vhosts/solportal.net/httpdocs/cache/36feafb5611c9e6c801878199929b145.cache' in binary read mode [code -2]
Any IDea?

You will need to exclude the cache/ directory from your archive, it contains files which the backup script cannot read due to their restrictive permissions!

Hi:
I have the same problem, but I can't exclude those files, because in the option 'Excluded Folders and/or files', the files never shown up and only appears the message 'Please wait... we are loading the folder structure'. I mean the list of files does not load.

The solution don't work.
But I have other question: I have a backup, made with cloner component, but I can't move it, in the process suddenly appear a pop window ask me if I want to save a index2.php file, you know what the problem is?
For references, the server have:
Resource Limits / max_execution_time ---- 30
Resource Limits / max_input_time -------- 60
Resource Limits / memory_limit ---------- 512M
