Hello,

I am trying to restore the backup to a new domain, but haven't had success yet.

The restore prosess seem to go fine - no error messages. But when I connect via FTP after restoring, alot of the files have lost it's content. For instance, index.php on the original server is 7KB but on the cloned site this file is 0KB. This also happens with many other files. So it doesn't work of course...

I think it could be somthing to do with the permissions..? But don't know exactly what to do....

Would be great if somebody could help with this 🙂

Hi there! Have you checked is you have enough space avalaible on your host? You need to have at least 3 times the space of your backup size for a restore without problems!
