I have been using Joomla Cloner for a month or so without any problem, but the last week or so I have experienced the following.
When creating (manual) backup everything appears to work but the backup file is less than 1mb and missing most of the files.
I can create an automatic backup (which I couldn't do before).
I can restore using a empty database and web space but if I try to restore over an existing website the results are really strange. Some files are overwritten while other are not. Some parts of the database appear to be overwritten while other parts are not.
I have tried this on two servers plus localhost/MAMP. As I've already said, until a week or so ago I had no problem restoring and overwriting an existing website.
Also a client who I recommended Joomla Cloner to is experiencing the same problem. Again he had no problem when he started using it.

Hi there! Have you checked if you have enough to store further backups? This is usually the cause of why further backups can't be created anymore!
Please open a ticket and send me your site Joomla admin details if you still have problems so i can check the issue!
