Hi,
I just installed joomla plug cloner.
I done a backup of my site, but after 2h was still working. I've decided to stop the job looking in the view backup page and my backup was there... wow..
I tried to download it but had a 500 error page :S what's wrong?
Via ftp I changed the permission of the file in 755 but nothing.
Now I'm downloading the file via ftp but need to be able to download it from backand (I'm not the person that has to backup the site...).
What can i do?

I suggest you set "Enable direct download link" to Yes in your JoomlaCloner Config->System tab, then try again!

I have lot of problems using your component :S
Now I'v setted the manual backup on yes and the nr. of file to 300..
I have a site with 8722 file.
When I start the backup it goes with no problem to 1800 files, but after it works lot of time and at the end I have error 500 :S
