No matter which settings, Manual backup yes or no, just getting a blank screen and backup is incomplete.
First try gives a backup around 23 MB - but when i try to restore the site i got error message that database was not included.
Every other try gives a backup of 9.5 KB!!
=> I had cleared the backup folder as you described in "I got an error message (error code -2) by Knut Gultand"
On a "Testdomain" (a subdomain with a separate trialversion) the backup and restore works properly, but the filesize is much lower (7.5 MB )
Any idea?

I would advise on open a support ticket and send us your Joomla admin details and url to check the issue, as for the backup size on your subdomain, have you checked the disk space available? If it's enough, how much space does that subdomain occupy on the server?
