I ran the back up successfully. I then FTP'd to another server , but I received the following error.

The encoded file /home/ynatural/public_html/Joomla.Cloner.php is not permissioned for 209.62.36.15

The JoomlaCloner trial works only for the host it was generated for, i would advise recreating the backup and getting the updated restore script for the restore location
