I just finished installing the JoomlaCloner Free Trial to a site called http://www.golftards.com, after first getting the ioncube loader installed. Things seem to be installed correctly. Within the Joomla Administrator site, I can see JoomlaCloner under the "Components" menu. When I launch it, I get the "Cloner Manager" page, with the familiar "Settings", "View Backups", "Generate Backup", and "Help" options. If I select "Generate Backup" I'm taken to a new page that defaults to the "File Options" tab, which has an "Unable to load XML" message under the "Exclude Folders and/or files" section. But since I don't want to exclude anything, I just click on the "Continue" button in the upper right hand corner. After a brief delay, I'm taken to the page "http://www.golftards.....", which appears completely blank in the Firefox 2.0.0.3 browser window. It never goes anywhere after that.

After clicking "Continue", I notice that a file is created in the backup folder I specified "/JoomlaBackups/", and that file grows for a while and then just stops.

I don't see any obvious error messages anywhere, but honestly don't know where to look. Any ideas where I could go to look?

I really want this to be the product I purchase. I'm not a very savvy Joomla user, and this product seems to do exactly what I want in a very simple method. If I could get this trial to work, I'd buy the full version today!

I should note that if I log back in to the Joomla Administration site, and try to view the existing backups, none are listed, even though that "temp" file exists in the JoomlaBackups folder. I should also note that new files are created in that folder each time I try to run a new backup, but they never appear under "View Backups".
