I'm getting a message in the Files Options tab while trying to make a backup, under the "Excluded Folders and/or files" it says unable to load XML
I'm guessing this is the directory tree in which I click on the folders and files I want to exclude.

Why is this happening, how do i get it back to work.

Hi there! Try to change permissions to 755 upon these location:

- directory administrator/components/com_cloner/browser and all it's files under it

If you still have problems, please open a ticket and send me your Joomla admin details to check!
