Hi there! Are you getting this error when you are trying to access the restore script?

If so, it might be related to a permission issues, try and apply 755 upon the restore directory and the restore script

If you still have problems, please open a support ticket and send us your restore location ftp+mysql details to have a look at the issue! Ovidiu
