Hi,
My site is down after removing an empty menu....403 errors on front and backend. I'm looking into restoring one of my joomlacloner backups but I cannot approach the backend. Is there a way to restore without the backend? Is it just restoring the files with FTP and then the db files ? And where are the Db files located in the backup? Sorry for all my nitwit questions......Just hope i can get it going again.... Thnx.

Hi there! As specified in our Restore FAQ here http://www.joomlaplu...../catid,26/ you don't need to use the backend to restore a backup, all you need to do as specified there is to copy the backup and restore script into your site root and launch the restore script!
If you need help , just open a ticket and send me your site ftp+mysql details and the location of the backup you want to restore!
Regards, Ovidiu
