I would like to clone my site to another folder on the same server, so I can try things on a non live site.

Obviously this needs a new database how do I achieve this?

Hi there! Please check our Restore FAQ here http://www.joomlaplu...../catid,26/ , basically all you need to do is copy the backup archive and restore script to the new location, create a new database for the new location and start the restore script as indicated
