Joomla Cloner is no doubt the best component available. First of all Cheers to the development team for making such a wonderful component.
Everything works fine in my site, except that I don't understand what to put in that zip path. I've searched all the forum here, but in vain. In cPanel filemanager, I'm able to unzip zipped files but how will I know where the zip utility is located? And how do I use the tar utility atleast? Maybe I'm missing something... Could you please help me out?

Hi there! The zip/unzip process is based on two different server utilities, and while most of the servers have the unzip utility installed by default, the zip one might be missing on some!
However usually the path to your zip utility is simple just "zip" as it is by default in your JoomlaCloner Configuration!
Try and generate a backup, and if you get any error message saying that zip is not support or path incorrect, then try changing the backup type to TAR!
To find out the full path for these server utilties you would need to contact your provider!
In any case, if you don't support any of the server utilities, then you need to go back in JoomlaCloner Configuration and uncheck the 'Active' checkbox near the zip/tar line so the backup gets created with the use of internal php functions!
