3 days trying to make that it program works and until now i dont have luck

Here is that message that i got when i tried get a back up
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 513 bytes) in /home/xxx/public_html/xxx/administrator/components/com_cloner/restore/pcltar.lib.php on line 2054

Like a commnent here i see that all the people love thats program...but what im doing wrong... i hope that someone can try to help me maybe through msn [email protected] or skype webssolutions
