Hi,
I just installed the component set it up per instructions and generated a backup.
I generated a backup several times. In automatic mode, and in manual mode with 3600 seconds and no value set for the timeout and memory respectively. The manual mode was also set to do 50 files at a time with 5 seconds between sessions.
I tried all configurations with zip and tar unchecked and checked.
The result I get is a zip file with the following structure:
<zip file name>\
--administrator\
----backups\
------database-sql.sql [size: 90177 KB]
------htaccess.txt [size: 4 KB]
------perm.txt [size: 598 KB]
The sql file does have the databases in it correctly. But, I don't see any of my php/html files for Joomla and SMF.
The only directory I excluded during the backup was one called "downloads". I will recreate it on my own.
So, where did the backup of my files go?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi there! Please open a support ticket and send me your Joomla admin details and url to check the issue!
Also, how you checked if you have enough space available to store backups data? It should be at least your current site size!
