I am trying to move servers and I am getting this error. I can install the component, but when I try to open xcloner I get the following~

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at xxxxxxxx.com Port 80

I am sure this has something to do with server settings because xcloner works on the old server. Any help?

Hi there! Please check your site error_log for the full error message, but from what i see it is a permissions issue, please apply 755 permissions on these folders

administrator/components
administrator/components/com_xcloner
