Hi,
I have previously cloned a site from one server to another and it all worked fine - now I am trying to clone the site to a different server and am having the following problem.

I select the backup file and click the clone button.

I type in the FTP details of the server I want the clone to be installed on.

Then After a few minutes I get a 404 screen in my browser.

When I check via FTP The Joomla.Cloner.php file is transferred but the problem is that its file size is zero KB and the zip file has not been transferred at all.

I have the file permissions set to 755. - Just cant figure out whats going wrong.

Hi there! In your Configuration->System panel you can set how to transfer the clone through ftp ("Normal or Secure" and "Active or Passive"), try each of those modes and see how it goes!
The problem seems to be from the ftp server you are connecting to!

If you still have problems, please open up a ticket, send me your Joomla admin details and i will have a look!

Regards! Ovidiu
