I have Coopermine installed as a subdirectory to my Joomla. Cloner works great restoring everything except the Coopermine database (the files are there). I realize it is only supposed to backup the Joomla database. Is there a way to get Cloner to do both databases? It would save me a manual step of restoring the Coopermine db.
I probably should ask another question on a different thread, but I am still having problems moving a localhost (using Ravenswood virtual server on a Vista machine) to my live site. It seems to be the permissions don't translate correctly. Any advice? It works great from the live site down to localhost.

Hi there! To be able to see the copermine database in the extra database list you need to assign the Joomla msql usery to that database so it has at leas reading permissions!
As for the permissions issue, i would advise to uncheck the "restore files permissions" option from the Joomla.Cloner.php screen, windows permssions are not compatible with linux permissions, and this way you will avoid any transfer issues!
