I am using joomla cloner and am trying to clone a website 9 times for a client so that he has one for each office. The problem is that I cannot get the database to transfer. I am using GoDaddy so it should be simple I put all the info in I do exactly what the video tutorial said to do and I can't get it done. The files transfer permissions transfer but the database just stays the same.

Hi there! I would advise first to check that your backup archive is correct, were you able to extract all files on the server? If so, you should try the "Install files directly" option and see if you have anymore issues!
