Hi all,
Having a bit of a problem restoring to a local server from a shared (production) server. I'm using WAMPserver 2.0 (on windows 2003) and MySQL tools 5.0. I am able to restore the files, but get a [b]"The databse details provided are incorrect and/or empty. Unable to connect to mysql server"[/b] error when trying to restore the databse. I know the MySQL details/credentials are correct. Any idea what could be causing the problem?

The issue you are having is caused by the restored version of our restore script from your original site, so what i suggest is this:

1. delete our restore script from your original site root directory
2. recreate the backup
3. restore it again
