I am having a problem with one of my backups running on its own server. I have two sites running on one server on which the backups are working 100%.

On the other server the backup runs but backup size is only 233kb. I suspect that it is only backing up the database as no files appear in the file options tab for exclusion when doing a backup.

Any suggestions as to what the problem could be? I have tried uninstalling, deleting all directories and reinstalling but it does not seem to make any difference.

Could you post here a screenshot of your configuration screen? I would suggest to try changing the backup type in JoomlaCloner Configuration and unchecking the Active checkboxes to see if that helps!

If you still have problems, please open a ticket and send me your Joomla admin details and url to check the problem!
