Dear sir,
I have bought your program within two months. I'm using your joomlacloner to backup my server, and it is ok of using this program before 1 month. But now, when I want to backup the website, http://www.ufun.com.hk/cm, it will stop it at 10% of the process and the server can't undo any process or stop the process. I have already increase the server session time, what is the problem occur? I have send the tickets to your administrator, you can check it and enter the admin page to check the problem.
I can't backup the server now, the website mention that it is related to the database, it can't connect to the database, I have unticked the second active box at database bar. However, when I go to the autoback screen, I can't restore the website. what is the problem?

What is the problems when it stop at the 10% percentage procedure? How can I fixed it the problem?

Hi there! As we checked, the problem was that you checked this option to Yes "Include backup directory in clone:" which meant that each time to created an archive it was including the previous backups in it! Because of the backups size and some server limitation you were getting the stop at around 10%!
