I have used joomlacloner before and had no problem. However, for some reason now when I try to backup it sits there for about 10 minutes doing it's backup, then a save file window pops up on my screen asking me to save the index2.php file and the backup never copletes. I checked my administrator/backup folder and there are backup files, but they are incomplete. The last completed backup I did was 655MB, the ones that it is making now die out at around 100MB. I have tried having drop syntax checked and unchecked, and have tried setting the mysql to default and 40, same problem everytime. Any ideas?
Thank you

The backups have been in a tgz format so far, and it used to work. I tried setting it to tar and manual, and it went all the way through and finished, but the final file is not in my backups folder. I did find it in the joomla cloner backend and clicked the download link next to it, but it just opened another page that has been stuck on loading for the last 10 minutes. Will try cleaning out directory.
