Hello, I was trying to clone my site on the local server and the process seem to have stopped at 43.8% for a long time. I click cancel, but nothing happened. I closed the webpage and try to open it up again and now all it says is LOADING...... and nothing happens now. What should I do?

Could you be more specific on what step are you at this point? Are you trying to move the backup archive(Clone button from the View backups screen) on are you at the Joomla.Cloner.php restore script?

If it's the second option, i suggest you restart your local server and restore the backup by using the "Install files directly" option from the Joomla.Cloner.php screen
